An 80,000 square-foot office property in Northbrook, Illinois.  Annenberg Investments purchased this property in May, 2010.  A major renovation, including a new roof, windows, parking lot expansion and total interior build out has been completed and the new tenant, Nestle Pizza, took occupancy in late 2010.
